Robert Smolek and the team at Rough Riders Restoration have been part of the DFW community for over three decades. Robert cut his teeth in the commercial construction world. Then, when a massive hail-storm hit the DFW area in 2016, he helped revive a roofing business his friend’s father had owned. In time, Robert learned to run an office, generate revenue, and get his hands dirty doing whatever was needed to get jobs accomplished with high quality and integrity. As business grew, Robert began to realize what the culture of his company should be. He believed strongly in focusing on knowledge and service over sales. To this day, Robert and now the entire team at Rough Riders is confident business will continue to thrive if they remain dedicated to educating property owners on building processes and products instead of only seeing dollar signs in their eyes.
